I had quite the whirlwind last week with all kinds of interesting podcasters, discussing Zaidy's War's meaning, impact, and legacy. Let's break it down:
Program #82, Podcast #41: Control or be Controlled, Nigeria, via #Podmatch
I spoke with Darlington, a lovely fellow, and we honed in on my relationship with Zaidy, and how he lit the spark of my path to where I've come today, and where I'm going. It's surprising and wonderful to find myself reconnecting with Zaidy's inspiration, prompted by these lovely conversations.
Program #83, Podcast #42: Miss Liz's Tea Making a Difference, Canada
My first experience with a podcaster from our northern neighbor. Elizabeth Jean Olivia Gagnon is a dizzyingly busy, well-credentialed, kindly-spoken, and accomplished professional who is excellent at her craft. We went well over the hour because there was so much to discuss. This was my first experience with live feedback and questions from the audience, and it was fun and welcome. Choice clips are already viraling everywhere. Shoutout to my fam for showing up. Not the first time!
Program #84, Podcast #43: The Brand Called You, India
Ashutosh Garg has now done 3,775 podcasts, has amassed over a billion listeners, is the founder of the 2nd largest pharmaceutical company in his homeland, is overall an extremely interesting and impressive person, and he made time for me. He zeroed in on the survival bits of Zaidy's experience, which I was happy to expound on.
I'm in debt to my Amsterdam Publishers colleagues for making introductions and connections. Thank you, guys!
The work never ceases. Shipping up to LimmudBoston to talk about haggadot on Sunday. Who will surprise me there?
