I had the loveliest time presenting Zaidy's War to the Chabad of the Five Towns Smile on Seniors, at the Levi Yitzchak Library.

They were an invested, attentive group of lively and interested folks, and they shared as much with me, as I did with them.

It was my 24th book talk since the launch of the book, and the Never Again train keeps rolling.

I also witnessed random acts of lovingkindness, because that's how Chabad rolls.

Much thanks to Mrs. Appel, who months ago read my book, notified the group's organizer Michele, who contacted me, and I responded to the Bat Signal by showing up. Truly happy I did.
